There's shitloads of professional, big buck, high end camera footage out there by this stage of the IOM fortnight, shot from the prime positions atop scaffolding platforms or out of choppers or U.F.O's, the stuff in this clip is what it's like as Johnny Punter, looking around fellow gawkers noggins and finding a spot on the course wherever they can . . . . just as we would have to do if we were there.



Young Jumping Boy has managed to commit to video the real sense of death defying, sphincter puckering, testicle tightening speed these rocket riders are achieving in their chase for victory on this veteran widowmaker of a course . . . . note the soft, welcoming rock walls beckoning the jockeys with their warm embrace, the lure and proximity of unyielding houses and telegraph poles, and, of course, the acres of run off area, all beautifully designed to minimise damage to the human skeletal structure . . . . mmmmmm . . . . gimme some of that shit !!!

The first shots are taken at the bottom of Bray Hill, at this point on the circuit they're doing around 160mph, the Greeba section has already seen a fatality this year with still more races and the frantic, yet legendary, 'Mad Sunday' yet to come  . . . . make no bones about it . . . . this is the biggest, bravest, ballsiest motorcycle race in the world . . . . everything else looks almost safe by comparison.
