A town with a mammoth history of filthy excellent rock and roll venues to match their output of top of the heap bands, Mammoth Mammoth has a worthy place in continuing that tradition, young, fast and mighty mean . . . . drawing inspiration from Motorhead, Electric Frank and a whole bunch more besides but making it their own without a doubt, cranking out sub three minute classic rock tunes, a noble and honest pursuit if ever there was one.

I fuckin love these guys, haven't been able to get the 'Hell's Likely' chant out of my scone for the last week !! Dude.....I gotta say that since Midnight oil, Men at Work (eff ewe in the a-hole, mistah, check out Colin Hay's acoustic/antipop versions of that stuff, and you can FEEL the depth/breadth a WHOLE lot better), Living End, etc.....I have ALWAYS had an affinity towards Australian rock..for some reason, it's got it's "Western" influences, but with a kick ass and unique bite....same chicken, but different flavor (flavour, for you folks with the backwards flushing toilets and Christmas in July). This is badass...never heard it, never heard of them...but I have now. Thanks, WLP...there's a gem of info and new capillaries burst forth towards the journey of life on EVERY post you put up here.
