We call em 'utes' Tom, short for utility, the Holden in the pic is part of the GM stable, smaller than the El Camino, I have a feeling that the basic format was an Aussie invention, as opposed to the separate cab type pick up. They've always been hugely popular . . . a mate's got a '67 Ranchero, it's a cool thing, cheers buddy.
